		<description>usually, colleges provide scholarship applications with their admission letters and they (colleges) notify high schools of scholarships available for their incoming student.  The catch is, they are normally offer to student who maintain a competitive gpa throughout high school.  The counselor is usual notifying the student who are eligible.  I recommend searching the perspective schools on their scholarship offers and monitor the guidance office bulletin board.
