I have amazing grades but i have no idea where to get my college scholarships. Does anyone know a good website or actual scholarships that I could apply for and receive?
Btw, I’m a Haitian male whose ethnicity is listed as black. That might help i think.
Yes, your ethnicity is useful, because the more minority ethnicity you have, the easier it is to get scholarships since a lot of scholarships are based on grades, need, & ethnicity.
If you’re gonna go to college in the US then you have to fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). You can fill it out online or print it out & mail it in. You need your tax return papers, the same for one of your parents (or your spouse), & about 1-2 hrs of time to complete it. This is how you can get grants, & other financial aid.
Talk to a financial aid adviser at the college you wish to attend–they can help you out a LOT. Often, there are people associated with the college who give out scholarships to students, but you have to talk to the financial aid advisers & probably fill out an application of some kind (which is MUCH more brief than the FAFSA). Ask them about academic scholarships too.
Honestly, i feel that websites are a waste of time & will flood you with spam in a matter of seconds.

Are you trying to go to school in Haiti or the US?
If in the US, try getting a scholarship through the Fulbright program.
Here’s the link for Haiti: http://haiti.usembassy.gov/exchange_links.html

Look at the universities you are interested in and see what they offer.
Talk to your school counselor.
I don’t think your ethnic back ground should get you a scholarship. It should matter on athletics and academics.
