Most universities will have a student financial aid website for prospective students to take a look at. For the most part, purely merit based scholarships are given automatically either when you self-report your grades online to the school or the school receiving your SAT’s scores, unless you’re looking for a substantial amount of money (ie. full-ride), then you will not only need to apply but also submit a personal essay and resume form as well. You can also ask a varsity coach for athletics scholarships if you been selected to play for a varsity sport. Good luck!
