I was taking a college class last year but i had to drop it because of my work schedule. I had to pay back the Financial Aid but i was waiting to get my tax refund to pay it off. I got my tax refund last week and Department of Education already deducted it from there. So i was thinking about signing up for college again now that its paid off. Can i just go to the college again and apply and will i qualify to get Financial Aid again if i need it?

Im looking into going to college and am currently drawing unemployment and was wondering how much it would help as far as financial aid or how does being unemployed benefit you while trying to go to college for a better education?
