I always wanted to work and go to college after High School because of the program my school has, I’ll be able to graduate with a diploma and associate degree. So my plan is to work full time in construction but will i be able to take some online classes? (i really dont care what 4year college i go to as long as i get my bachelors)

i know every college is different but are the lectures online at class time and you watch them and log in to prove your there? what happens?
I go to the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, and they don’t have a program for genetic research. Is there a path I can take as an undergraduate at the University of Alabama that work for me to go on to graduate school somewhere else for genetic research? Also, what is the typical salary for someone in genetic research?
Since I had graduated from college, I have been working as a teacher. However, I would like to go to graduate school in the near future (like a couple of years from now).
But my grades were pretty bad in college (below 3.0 GPA). Does this eliminate me from any chance of getting into a graduate school?
Aside from ethical issues, hat might some penalties be for a person who does online college work for another person by “impersonating” them online? In addition, penalties might be levied upon the person who was actually supposed to be doing the work themselves?
