Deanna, the scholarship that I got pay for all I need to go to school including tuition, books and residence. I got the scholarship from below sites.

All scholarships vary in amount. You can get some that are only $1000 for a year or $15,000 for four years. It also depends on the cost of tuition. You just have to do the math. Is the amount of the scholarship offered equal to the cost of your education?

What the scholarship covers varies just as much as the type of scholarships out there. Some scholarships are very specific as to what the money may be used for. Others are just a lump sum they send to the college and it is deposited into your account there. I personally was awarded scholarships that helped with my room and board slightly, some that covered tuition and fees, others that helped with books, and a few that were just checks written out to me personally.
