Can you attend 2 colleges at once?

Well I know a few people who attend Michigan State University during the fall, winter, and spring... and during summer vacation they attend Lansing Community College.
References :
I'm pretty sure you're not allowed to receive financial aid for two institutions at once - at least, that has been the case at all the schools I've seen.
References :
Well, an online university such as Kaplan would not be my choice. But if you are going to study online, and you have the time to take another course - and the money to pay the extortionate fees that most of them charge - then I suppose you could "attend" two colleges at once - or even three or four.

In the UK you may not enroll for more than one college/university degree course at a time. The same applies if you are taking all or part of your degree via online or distance learning tuition.

However, if you are full time online, you are not actually attending college. You may be taking a course, but you are not attending college. That is the weakness of on line courses. However good the tuition (and I have my doubts about Kaplan) online students miss out on the personal interaction with tutors and other students which is an essential part of the college learning process.

Regarding massage therapy, Surely the practical aspects of this require actual supervision by tutors/lecturers. Sure you can do the theory by distance learning, but the actual techniques need to be taught face to face in person.
References :
Is it possible to attend 2 colleges at once?
Full time ONLINE student at Kaplan University--Bachelors in Psychology

I would like to also do massage therapy for part-time work.

Would financial aid be able to help me with this as well? I'm receiving financial aid for the school I'm in right now.

Also, are there any online colleges that offer massage therapy? I've been looking and cannot find any.

Thanks in advance!
